Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 30 August 2026.
Evolamate exists to help real businesses market themselves honestly. You must not use it to:
- Publish or generate unlawful content: anything that breaches Australian law, including defamatory, discriminatory, or fraudulent material.
- Infringe intellectual property: upload documents, logos, photos or instructions that use content you don't have the right to use, or direct Evolamate to generate content that copies a specific third party's protected work.
- Impersonate or deceive: misrepresent your business's identity, claims, qualifications, or affiliations; use Evolamate to impersonate another person or business.
- Publish abusive or harassing material: content directed at harassing, threatening, or demeaning any person or group.
- Attempt to compromise the platform: probe, scan, or attempt to bypass Evolamate's security controls; introduce malware; attempt to access another business's data.
- Misuse credentials: share your login, or use another person's account without authorisation.
- Abuse the quota or billing system: attempt to circumvent concept quotas, billing, or access controls, including automating account creation to claim repeated trials.
- Violate a connected platform's own rules: content or connection use that breaches Meta's, LinkedIn's, Google's or any other platform's own terms is your responsibility once it reaches their platform.
- Use Evolamate for prohibited AI purposes: directing generation toward content designed to mislead about material facts (for example fabricated safety, medical, financial, or legal claims about your business), or toward a business type this product does not support.
- Misuse competitor research: nominate competitors in order to harass, defame or scrape personal information about individuals; competitor intelligence is for understanding a market, never for copying protected work.
- Automate misuse: use bots, scripts, or scraping against Evolamate itself outside the product's own supported automation (Autopilot, Campaigns).
What happens if this policy is breached
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate your account, consistent with our Terms of Service. Where practical, we will tell you why.
