How Evolamate uses AI
Evolamate uses artificial intelligence throughout the product: to research your business from your website, your answers and any documents you upload; to research competitors you nominate; to plan what to market next; to generate draft marketing content (captions and images) for your review; to art-direct and quality-check images; to classify customer messages and draft replies; to propose advertising campaigns; to interpret results; and to answer your questions in the advisor.
What grounds the AI, and what doesn't
Our research is deliberately grounded in real content you provide or that exists on your real website; it isn't a guess dressed up as research. Where the AI isn't confident about something, it labels it as an inference rather than a fact, and you can correct or lock any item. Confidence levels shown on facts are fixed bands based on where the information came from (your own input, your website, a document, an inference), not a computed probability. Website and document research runs when you trigger it; competitor research is refreshed monthly if you track competitors.
Generated content can still be wrong
AI-generated content, text and images, can contain factual errors, outdated information, or claims that don't reflect your business accurately, even when grounded in real sources. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before approving it: for factual accuracy, for compliance with any rules that apply to your industry, and for anything else that matters to your business.
Your review responsibility before publishing
Nothing is published without your specific approval, unless you have explicitly switched your account to Autopilot mode, in which case content is approved and scheduled automatically under the rules you set and you remain responsible for it. Approving a post is your decision to publish it, and you are responsible for the content of anything you approve: not because we disclaim responsibility for generating it, but because you know whether it's true for your business, and you're the only one who can approve it.
Areas we recommend you don't rely on it for
Without your own independent review: claims that could be read as financial, medical, legal, or safety advice; regulatory or licensing claims about your business; advertising budgets and targeting; or anything you couldn't personally stand behind if a customer asked you about it directly.
Provenance and your corrections
Where you correct something Evolamate has learned about your business, your correction outranks the AI's own research, and locked facts are never changed by AI. Facts are traceable to their source (your input, a document, website research, competitor analysis) so you can tell what informed a given claim.
If a document or request is refused
Occasionally, our AI provider's own content-safety filter may refuse to process something you upload or a request you make. That's the provider's own filter, not a judgement by Evolamate about your business. If it affects a document you uploaded, we tell you it was not used and continue with your remaining sources rather than failing outright.
Generated images
Each marketing idea gets one AI-generated master image, produced from a brief that forbids text, signage and branded objects, checked by a second AI for readable text, distorted anatomy and fit to the brief, then composited deterministically with your headline, call to action, logo and brand colours. Platform-specific versions are derived from that one master; they are not separate AI generations. Changing the design is free; changing the photograph generates a new master.
What Evolamate doesn't do
We don't use your data to train any AI model. We don't generate video. We don't send replies to customers, publish content or spend money on advertising without your explicit decision (or your explicit Autopilot setting for publishing).
