Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 30 August 2026.
Your statutory rights (read this first)
When you buy a service in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law guarantees that it will be provided with due care and skill, fit for any purpose you made known to us, and within a reasonable time. If Evolamate fails to meet one of these guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, or compensation for resulting loss, depending on how serious the failure is. Nothing in this policy, or in our Terms of Service, limits or excludes this.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. When you cancel: your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; you are not automatically charged again after that; and cancelling does not delete your account or your data. That is a separate action (see our Data & Account Deletion page).
Our own refund policy (change of mind)
Monthly subscription. Cancelling stops future renewal. We do not provide an automatic prorated refund for a billing period you have already paid for, as a matter of commercial policy; you retain access for the period already paid instead. This is always subject to your rights above.
Annual subscription. Cancellation and renewal follow the same subscription semantics as the monthly plan. We do not promise an automatic change-of-mind refund for the unused portion of an annual term. We may, at our discretion, consider a partial refund in genuinely exceptional circumstances. This is a discretionary allowance, not a right you can demand, and it does not narrow your rights above.
Concept top-ups and add-ons. A one-time top-up pack is ordinarily not refundable for change of mind once it has been successfully purchased and credited to your account. Monthly add-ons (such as Advertising or Competitor Intelligence) follow the monthly subscription rules above. If the top-up or add-on itself failed to be delivered, or another guarantee above was not met, your rights above apply regardless of this paragraph.
Trial. The trial does not charge you anything, so there is nothing to refund from a trial itself.
None of the above is a statement that your statutory rights don't apply. If the service itself fails to meet a consumer guarantee, your rights above govern regardless of what this section says about change-of-mind refunds.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we email you and give you the chance to update your payment method before your access to content generation is affected.
How to request a refund or raise a concern
Contact us via the contact form, email contact@evolamate.com, or reply to any email from us, explaining what happened. We aim to respond within 2 business days: a service target we hold ourselves to, not a guaranteed SLA, and it doesn't affect any timeframe the law itself gives you for a consumer-guarantee claim.
Relationship to our Terms
This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Where this policy and the Terms conflict, the more specific statement here on refunds and cancellation governs, subject always to your statutory rights above.
