What connecting an account actually authorises Evolamate to do:

Facebook (Page) and Instagram

Publish content and images you have specifically approved to that Page, at your scheduled time. If your Page has an Instagram business account linked, the same approved content publishes there too. With the Inbox enabled, we read comments and messages on that Page and Instagram account so you can reply from one place. We do not post anything without your approval on that specific item (unless you have enabled Autopilot), and we do not read your personal Facebook profile or friends list.

LinkedIn (Company Page)

Publish approved content and images to the company page you administer. We do not post to your personal profile.

Google Business Profile

Read your listing details to write better local content and, where Google has granted API access for your account, publish approved posts to your listing. Where that access has not been granted, posts we prepare for this channel are yours to publish yourself, and we say so in the Planner.

Medium, Reddit and channels on our roadmap

We prepare native posts and images for Medium and Reddit; you publish them yourself. X, TikTok and Threads are on our roadmap and are not connected today.

Disconnecting

Disconnecting an account from Channels stops all future publishing to it and deletes the stored access token. Content already published stays on the platform; only you can remove it there, because it's on your own property.

What remains governed by the platform, not by us

Once your content reaches Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Google, it's subject to that platform's own terms of service, community standards, and advertising and content policies. Us publishing something you approved doesn't make it compliant with the destination platform's own rules; that responsibility is yours, the same as if you had posted it yourself.

When a platform changes its own rules

Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and any other connected platform can change their own rules, access levels, or availability without notice to us. If that stops us publishing to a platform, we will tell you.

Uncertain outcomes, reported honestly

If a platform doesn't confirm whether your post succeeded, we tell you the outcome is uncertain rather than guess, and we never retry a post whose outcome is uncertain, so you are never double-posted. You may need to check the platform directly.
